A E Billington - reports from 27 April 1926 to 7 May 1929

‘I should be glad if the Board will permit me to order new mats for bedrooms of sisters and nurses male/female, nearly all in present use are beyond repair and very shabby. About 103 would be required to replace present worn out ones and the lowest price of each would be about 8/- to 10/-
